Design and planning of ten UBS branch locations across Switzerland, focused on reimagining the Access Branch as a contemporary, customer-centric environment. The project explored how physical space, digital tools, and service design can merge to support modern banking consultancy.

Central to the concept was the integration of digital solutions that enable flexible, personalised interactions between advisors and clients—moving away from traditional counter-based layouts towards open, adaptable consultation zones. Spatial design, user flows, and digital touchpoints were carefully orchestrated to create an intuitive and welcoming experience, balancing privacy with transparency.
